1:1 Hybrid - Standard

✓ Screening session with movement & technique analysis
✓ 1 x 60 minute 1:1 in person Personal Training session per week
✓ Personalised programmed sessions catered specifically to your goals and lifestyle, updated every 4-6 weeks
✓ Personalised calorie and macronutrients targets and nutritional guidance and support
✓ Optimised programming around your menstrual cycle and support and educate on how to best support your hormones and cycle through training and nutrition
✓ Access to a training app that includes a full exercise library
✓ Direct messaging support Monday-Friday for extra support
12 week minimum coaching commitment
1:1 Face-to-Face Only
✓ Screening session with movement & technique analysis
✓ Strength sessions based around getting stronger at compound movements or learning Olympic Weightlifting
✓ Sessions will highlight weaknesses and address strength imbalances, completely catering for your individual needs
✓ Choose from 1 or 2 x 60 minute 1:1 in person Personal Training session per week
12 week minimum coaching commitment
I also offer a drop-in rate if you want to do a technical analysis and feedback session without signing up to on-going coaching.
Small Group Coaching
✓ Small group sessions, maximum of 4 people. Train with people who have similar goals and get individualised attention and goal specific programming.
✓ Women's Strength sessions for over 50s. Get stronger, more mobile and improve nutrition with this supportive group of women in peri-menopause.
✓ Olympic Weightlifting for all genders and ages. Learn the highly skilled barbell sport under a NSW accredited coach.
✓ Choose from 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week.
12 week minimum coaching commitment.
