✓ Small group sessions, maximum of 4 people. Train with people who have similar goals and get individualised attention and goal specific programming.
✓ Women's Strength sessions for over 50 years old. Get stronger, more mobile and improve nutrition with this supportive group of women in peri and post-menopause.
✓ Olympic Weightlifting for women. Learn the highly skilled barbell sport under a NSW accredited coach with additional programming for your own sessions.
✓ Choose from 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week.
12 week minimum coaching commitment.
