I work with women in the peri and postmenopause stage of their life as they navigate the big changes this has brought to their body composition. You will discover how to effectively train, have powerful nutritional habits that serve you and see results.
Pregnancy | Pre & Post Natal Coaching
Exercise and physical activity during pregnancy have a host of positive effects on maternal health- both during pregnancy and postpartum. You will be guided through your pregnancy, getting stronger and eating to support your body during a time of huge change. You will be supported in the postpartum phase when you need to build up again.
Nutrition | Eat To Thrive
A lot of women are in a low energy availability state, simply put women don’t eat enough! This causes havoc with your hormones, energy levels, and performance in the gym. You will be guided on how to eat to support your body for optimal health, use nutrition to support your cycle and eat to support training.
